Job Description
The role of Head of Quality is essential for ensuring compliance with IATF and ISO standards, maintaining customer satisfaction, and safeguarding product and process quality. As a critical leadership position, it plays a key role in protecting both operational performance and overall business continuity.
In addition, the role serves as the primary interface for customer quality topics, ensuring that requirements are met and issues are resolved effectively. role ensures that all products, processes, and systems meet or exceed industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The position drives a culture of continuous improvement, quality excellence, and operational reliability throughout the facility.
Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all quality management activities within the plant
• Translate quality strategy into actionable plans and ensure execution.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints, supplier quality, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate risks and implement preventive measures to avoid quality issues
• Drive continuous improvement and structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Monitor quality KPIs and implement performance improvement actions.
• Ensure readiness for audits, certifications, and customer requirements at all times.
• Act as the main point of contact for all quality-related topics.
  

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core quality tools (FMEA, control plans, audits).
• Experience in customer-facing quality roles and handling escalations.
• Solid leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
