HEAD PADEL COACH & TECHNICAL DIRECTOR — ALPHA SPORTS ACADEMY × IN7Sibiu, Romania · On-site · Long-term or fixed-term opportunityAlpha Sports Academy, based in Belgium, is developing its padel academy at IN7, a premium padel club in Sibiu, Romania. We are looking for an experienced Head Padel Coach & Technical Director to lead coaching delivery, the academy's technical programme and the development of both players and coaches.This is an on-site role in Sibiu, Romania. Long-term relocation is preferred, but we are also open to a six-month contract, with other durations open to discussion. You would be based in Sibiu for the agreed period.YOUR ROLE• Deliver well-planned private and group lessons for children, juniors and adults.• Develop players through clear technical and tactical objectives adapted to their age and level.• Lead the planning of training programmes and player-development pathways, assess progress and place players in suitable groups.• Train, mentor and supervise the local coaching team through coach education, lesson observation and constructive feedback.• Develop and implement the academy's padel methodology within Alpha's framework, evaluate coaching quality and ensure consistent professional standards.• Work alongside our local academy coordinator, who handles registrations and client communication.• Contribute to clinics and community activities within an agreed scope and schedule.TECHNICAL LEADERSHIPAs Head Padel Coach & Technical Director, you will be the academy's on-site technical lead, responsible for player development, coaching standards and the continuing education of the coaching team. You will work directly with Panos and Alpha on the academy's sporting direction, alongside the local coordinator responsible for registrations and client communication.YOUR PROFILE• Proven padel coaching experience with children and adults.• A padel coaching qualification; please state the awarding organisation and level.• Strong playing and demonstration skills, together with the ability to explain, adapt and give useful feedback.• Demonstrated experience leading a coaching team, educating coaches and designing player-development programmes.• English sufficient to coach and collaborate with colleagues.
