About the Role
We are looking for a Romanian-speaking HSE Coordinator / HSE Assistant to support occupational safety activities at a client site.
This is an operational, hands-on support role focused on implementing HSE procedures, assisting with site inspections, and providing training support.
👉 Important:
This position does not include people management and has no disciplinary responsibility.
It is suited for candidates with initial HSE experience who want to grow further in the field.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Training Support

Assist in delivering HSE onboarding sessions, toolbox talks, and basic safety briefings for client employees.

Support the preparation of training materials and documentation.

Operational HSE Tasks

• Participate in site inspections, risk assessments, and audits under guidance from senior HSE staff or client HSE management. 
• Help document findings, track corrective actions, and follow up with operational teams. 
• Support the implementation of safety procedures and standards at the client site.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain HSE records, checklists, and compliance documentation.

Assist with incident reporting and basic root-cause analysis preparation.

Support continuous improvement activities by gathering data and feedback from the site.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a day-to-day interface for HSE topics with client teams. 
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure procedures are followed. 
• Escalate issues and share observations with senior colleagues when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Romanian language: Native or fluent (mandatory). 
• Initial experience in occupational safety, facility operations, industrial environments, or similar. 
• Basic understanding of HSE standards (inspections, incident reporting, risk assessments). 
• Willingness to conduct training sessions after onboarding. 
• Reliable, organized, practical working style. 
• Languages: Romanian mandatory; English preferred; German is a plus (not required but helpful).

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 systems. 
• Participation in HSE trainings or certifications (e.g., internal auditor, safety courses). 
• Experience in service, facility management, manufacturing, or construction environments.
