Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to apply their real-world healthcare data expertise to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. Your domain knowledge — from EHR platforms to clinical workflows — will directly influence how AI understands and reasons about healthcare information.
This is a remote, flexible contract role designed for experienced healthcare data professionals who want to do meaningful, high-impact work on their own schedule.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality
• Apply your expertise to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic scenarios in AI responses involving health informatics concepts
• Review and annotate datasets covering clinical documentation, health system operations, and medical reporting
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about healthcare environments
• Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and health information system scenarios produced by AI tools
  

Who You Are

• Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical/operational reporting platforms
• Strong analytical background including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
• Able to critically assess healthcare information for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
• Clear written communicator who can document feedback with precision
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)
• Background collaborating across clinical, IT, or operational stakeholder groups
• Prior exposure to AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation
