Position Description:

Join our dynamic IT support team as a Helpdesk System Analyst in Atlanta, GA! This role involves delivering exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across a range of systems. You will respond to, document, and resolve issues related to Windows 11, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, network connectivity, VPN, RDP, and hardware support. Provide both remote and on-site assistance for hardware, software, and IP phone systems like Microsoft Teams. Utilize ticketing systems to effectively prioritize and track user issues, employing tools like PowerShell for advanced troubleshooting. Support security and authentication solutions such as OKTA and CrowdStrike, along with cloud services including AWS and SharePoint, to ensure seamless operational performance. Deliver superior customer service through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, collaborating with IT teams to maintain system integrity and user satisfaction.

Required Skills, Education, Certifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles
• Strong understanding of Windows 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting network connectivity, VPNs, and IP phone systems
• Familiarity with security tools such as OKTA and CrowdStrike
• Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS and SharePoint
• Proficiency with ticket tracking systems and remote support tools
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support a diverse user base
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation abilities
