HOPI Logistics Romania is looking for ambitious and motivated young talents to join our 1.5-year Trainee Program in Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation program across key logistics functions (operations, transport, planning, customer service).

• Support ongoing projects and process improvements within each department.

• Analyze operational data and propose solutions to increase efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end logistics processes.

• Attend regular mentoring and development sessions focused on leadership and professional skills.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and present progress and results to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or final year) – preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Strong interest in logistics and operational excellence.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Previous internship or practical experience in logistics is a plus, but not mandatory.
