Responsibilities:

• Deliver back-office specific service products according to HR process catalogue

• Independently perform general personnel administration supporting tasks

• Create and define work instructions and operational documentation for HR processes

• Adherence to working instructions, Service Level Agreement and quality standards, other operational documentation

• Maintain request management system and back-end systems (SAP/Time management systems/Ticketing system) according
  to the work instructions and defined process

• Answering effectively to customer inquiries in the area of personnel administration master data and document management, organizational management, generating various documents and certificates

• Answering and dispatching customer requests

• Support compliance to specified standards

• Pro-active involvement in process improvement and technical projects

• Preparation and plausibility checks of monthly and quarterly reports

• Communication with involved employees in case of problems or questions regarding HR tools and systems

• Demand management and processing of HR tickets

Required qualifications:

• Language: German (B2 or higher), English (B2 or higher)

• Structured, analytical, precise working method, high reliability

• Ability of communication with all hierarchies

• Knowledge in Excel as well as good knowledge in MS Office Programs

• Knowledge in SAP HCM master data
