What will you be responsible for?

• Acting as a strategic partner for Operations and site leadership
• Leading and developing a small team of HR Specialists
• Providing end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle
• Advising managers on performance, development, engagement, and employee relations
• Driving HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
• Supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession management
• Managing employee relations and ensuring clear communication across the site
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation and DHL HR policies
• Preparing HR analyses and reports to support business decisions
• Overseeing onboarding, trainings, and culture‑building programs in the warehouse
  

What makes you the ideal candidate?

• Strong experience in HR, ideally in operations, logistics, production, or similar high‑volume environments
• Excellent Romanian and English language skills
• Solid understanding of labour legislation and HR processes
• Ability to build strong partnerships with managers and influence decisions
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong communication abilities
• Ability to balance strategic topics with operational HR tasks
• Motivation to build HR processes in a new site and support business growth
