HR Business Partner - Industrial Areas
Location: Zalau, Romania

Your profile should look like this:
Studies in: Phycology, Educational Sciences, Sociology, Learning courses or similar diploma in L&D
Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office package, Learning Management Systems (advantage)
What will you do in your day-to-day job:
You will assess training and development needs within Romania region, by coordinating the Annual Training Plan and collaborating with the internal stakeholders – management team, employees, talent development department and not only
You will design and deliver learning programs to address the development needs
You will contribute defining the learning methodologies considering target population and organizational criteria.
You will act as training advisor to line managers in subjects related to training management
You will research and select appropriate training providers and ensure the effective execution of training activities, maintaining records and employee progress.
You will perform and manage Industrial training campaigns and activities addressed to the production target population
You will offer support in the new projects and investments by defining the training requirements.
You will oversee and analyze key performance indicators to measure learning effectiveness using MS office package.
You will comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility
