As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in building and supporting our HR and administrative processes:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities
- Administer and maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Track timekeeping and attendance records accurately
- Support onboarding and integration of new employees
- Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and internal policies
- Monitor the annual performance evaluation process and provide support to involved parties
- Collaborate with external HR service providers (payroll & administration, occupational medicine, OHS & emergency services, etc.)
- Propose and support initiatives that enhance employee motivation and retention
- Provide administrative support related to migrant worker processes
- Contribute to setting up and structuring HR and administrative processes as the company grows
- Support company-wide HR projects and organizational initiatives
