Purpose and Mission
Join us and take responsibility for aligning HR strategies with business objectives for more complex segments (clusters by location/population) within the country, shaping how our people and business grow together.
Key Activities and Responsibilities

• Partner with local management to shape and deliver HR strategies that truly support and elevate business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, performance management, and strategic workforce planning.
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives to build and nurture a high‑performing, future‑ready workforce tailored to the local context.
• Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations, fostering a fair, safe, and respectful workplace.
• Analyze HR data, metrics, and trends to support informed decision‑making and continuously enhance HR processes and practices.
• Lead and facilitate change management efforts, supporting teams and leaders through organizational transitions.
• Act as a trusted coach and mentor to business leaders and local HR teams, helping them grow, lead confidently, and succeed.
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of local employment law, talent management practices, and organizational development principles.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with confident leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and the ability to interpret and leverage HR data and analytics to drive decisions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similarly strategic HR role.
• Demonstrated experience supporting complex business environments, coaching leaders, and driving people‑focused initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or recognized HR certification is preferred and considered an advantage.
