We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring workflows.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance hiring strategies.
• Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including social media and relevant networks.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
