YOUR TASKS
- Betreuung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt.
- Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Personalakten in SAP.
- Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen sowie Unterstützung bei weiteren HR-Prozessen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und internen Schnittstellen.
- Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen und Reports.
Your Qualifications
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Erste Erfahrung im HR-Bereich; SAP-HR-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Proaktive Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Service- und Lösungsorientierung.
