Your role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a key role in people development, manager support, and the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals. This position acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring effective execution of people-related processes while supporting organizational growth and culture in our outlets in Sinaia.
Your Journey
- Provide ongoing HR support and guidance to Managers and mid-level leadership.
- Design, coordinate, and follow up on performance review processes, including feedback cycles.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives with internal and external providers.
- Support employee development and growth through career path design, follow-up, and individual guidance.
- Track, analyze, and report on people KPIs and HR metrics, proposing improvements based on insights.
- Support compensation processes, including bonus schemes, salary reviews, and calibration processes.
- Lead and participate in culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for both managers and employees on people-related topics.
- Ensure alignment between global HR policies and initiatives and their local implementation.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist position with strong business exposure and knowledge of the local market legislation.
- Solid experience supporting managers and mid-level leadership on people-related matters.
- Understanding of employee development practices, including career paths and growth plans.
- Ability to analyze people metrics and HR KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English & Romanian level.
