1. Responsible for the development of project HSE plan, undertake the compliance of the Risk Assessment and maintain project HSE related documentation and reports.
2. Establish emergency response teams and prepare emergency response plan procedure
3. Assist in the collection of HSE documents based on legal and company’s requirements
4. Conduct regular site internal inspections and contractors’ audits at all levels, produce relative action plan reports and provide consultation to project managers on HSE compliance and best practices.
5. Carry out required relative HSE trainings within the country’s legal frameworks and convenes safety meetings to promote awareness and compliance.
6. Conduct accident/incident investigations to identify learnings and preventive actions and create relative reporting.
7. Collect, review and report internally any related UC, UA, NM, etc. and environmental incidents and set up a relative action plan on a SP system.
8. Conduct toolbox meetings with site and project managers to review HSE issues and relevant contractors’ performance.
9. Responsible for the implementation of HSE standards and company’s HSE KPIs requirements.
10. Responsible for the implementation of HSE management and risk identification, the preparation of HSE protection measures while preparing operation plans, and the supervision of HSE training for employees, e.g., GWO, etc.
11. Ensure safety and environmental related records, such emissions, waste, etc. are maintained and registers and checklists are updated.
12. Provide support on new employee onboard by setup HSE induction, medical test and all necessary certificate obtaining.
13. Country warehouse HSE management, PPE management, site waste management.
14. Daily HSE management according to HQ HSE standard
