Purpose:

• Ensures a safe and healthy working environment by implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and regulations. This role involves managing site-specific health and safety practices to prevent accidents, minimize risks, and ensure compliance with legal standards
• Responsible for implementing and overseeing sustainability and responsible business practices within a specific site. This position bridges the gap between the strategy defined by the global ESG Manager, site-specific operations, ensuring that the organization’s commitments to environmental protection, social responsibility and governance standards are actively carried out in day-to day operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Hosting internal and external audits
• Participating in audit follow up activities
• Active participation at the implementation of the integrated quality-environment-health and occupational safety management system (SR EN ISO 9001:2015 & SR EN ISO 14001:2015 & SR EN ISO 45001:2023)
• Risk Identification, Assessment & Mitigation
• Training & promoting a safety culture
• Incident Reporting, Investigation & Documentation
• Safety Audits and Inspections
• ESG integration Monitoring
• Data Collection and Reporting
• Employee Engagement and Training
