International Work Finder is recruiting on behalf of one of Romania's leading companies in the food industry for an experienced HR Business Partner.

This is a fully office-based position, offering the opportunity to work closely with the management team and operational departments, supporting strategic HR initiatives and contributing to organizational growth.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist;
• Experience partnering directly with managers and department leaders;
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee development and retention;
• Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law and HR administration;
• Experience implementing performance management and organizational development processes;
• University degree;
• Advanced English;
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills;
• Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach and strong organizational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Acting as a strategic HR partner for management and department leaders;
• Coordinating recruitment, selection and onboarding processes;
• Managing performance evaluation, employee development and career planning initiatives;
• Supporting managers in employee relations and people management activities;
• Analyzing HR KPIs, including headcount, turnover, retention, absenteeism and labor costs, while recommending improvement actions;
• Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives;
• Coordinating organizational development, employee engagement and culture initiatives.

• Competitive salary: 10,000 – 13,000 RON net/month, depending on experience;
