Employee Relations

• Act as the HRBP point of contact for HR issues within all Romanian sites (Bucharest, Ploiesti, Cluj, Rosia Montana).
• Supporting team dynamics and interpersonal relations
• Facilitating communication between employees and management
• Support organisational change activities such as restructures, succession planning, employee development, employee satisfaction survey

Workforce Planning

• Support recruitment strategies and workforce planning
• Prepare job advertisements for open positions, conducting and evaluating interviews

Performance & Compensation

• Oversee performance management processes.
• Harmonize all compensation conditions, including benefits, for all Romanian sites, in accordance with the employee union.
• Coordinating the salary increase and bonus process
• Reporting & Analytics & Systems
• Provide HR metrics and reports to senior management.
• Identify trends and propose improvements.
• Support the implementation of the new payroll and time tracking system

Training Strategy

• Identify skills gaps and create development plans
• Implement and lead learning programs aligned with corporate and regional development programs.
• Cooperate with the Regional Learning and development Specialist
• Coordinate the All-employees satisfaction survey
