We're looking for recent graduates or students pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields who want to develop their skills in HR Domain within an international organization and have:


  • Good knowledge of English (min. B1)and advanced knowledge of German (min. B2).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and to take over the responsibility for the assigned tasks.
  • Proactivity, good organization of the own work and the ability to prioritize.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills with high level of reliability and confidentiality.
  • Empathy, team spirit and service-oriented mindset.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Provide first-level HR and administrative support via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Respond to user inquiries in German in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex cases to second-level support.
  • Register, track, and update support tickets in the system.
  • Support administrative tasks related to internal processes and documentation.


During the internship you will:


  • have the opportunity to join a group of experts who handle complex HR processes on a daily basis.
  • be provided with dedicated training sessions covering HR key expertise areas led by specialists with extensive experience, and the opportunity to put your acquired knowledge into practice.
  • collaborate with experts and have the opportunity to establish valuable professional relationships.
  • have the opportunity to use foreign languages on a daily basis.
  • have access to wide range of learning & development platforms.
  • get the the possibility to buy discounted theatre tickets.
  • work in a hybrid mode from the office in Przyokopowa street in Warsaw.


The start time of our 12 months long paid internship program (contract of mandate, 40 hours a week) as well as the working hours can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. A successful intern has an opportunity to internally move to another unit / get a permanent position within TCS.
