QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR in an HR leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience working in a large organization (1,000+ employees); automotive or manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Experience leading HR projects, systems, and process improvements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of 2,500+ employees
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational goals
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs in coordination with leadership
- Support audits, reporting, and HR analytics to inform decision-making
