We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented HR Manager for our location in Brasov. Join our team.

As HR Manager, you act as a trusted advisor and true business partner to the Management Team (MT). You play a key role in shaping organizational strategy, workforce capabilities, and leadership structure, contributing well beyond traditional HR topics like vitality, sustainability and engagement.

Your responsibilities, among others, will be:

• Providing strategic advice and constructive challenge to managers and our managementteam, while providing HR data and insights;
• Go beyond operational HR tasks and actively contribute to strategic discussions, including topics not directly related to HR;
• Translate business objectives into a clear, forward-looking HR strategy for our site;
• Drive long-term HR initiatives, including: strategic workforce planning, succession planning and leadership and talent development initiatives;
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team, ensuring a strong balance between operational excellence and strategic impact;
• Ensure compliance with local Romanian labor law while aligning with corporate HR frameworks and policies.

This role focuses on tactical and strategic HR leadership, while operational HR activities are executed by the rest of the HR team consisting of 1 HR Generalist, 1 Training Supervisor and 3 Trainers. You will also work closely alongside two Talent Acquisition Specialists. In this role you will report directly to our HR Director Europe and General Manager.

Your profile

• 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in production/manufacturing;

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role;

• Experience in larger organizations (400+ employees); corporate background preferred;

• Independent, people‑focused, and results‑oriented;

• Strong communicator with a confident professional presence;

• Able to develop, empower, and effectively delegate within the HR team.
