We have over 8 thousand employees working at assets in Dnipro, Nikopol, Samar (Ukraine). We invest in the modernization of production, personnel, and social projects. Our company has always been and remains a reliable rear for each employee.

We are looking for a versatile and proactive expert to take under their wing the full range of HR processes in one of our key businesses - Interpipe Roman. This is a role for someone who seeks to make a real impact on the business through people development and building strong teams!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in line with INTERPIPE Group standards and business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, adaptation, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Ensure effective workforce planning and staffing to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for all employee categories and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and external partners.
  • Support organizational development initiatives, including organizational structure optimization and workforce effectiveness projects.
  • Manage employee performance evaluation, succession planning, and talent pool development.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees and managers.
  • Implement and administer compensation, benefits, and motivation programs in cooperation with Group HR functions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal regulations, and corporate HR policies.
  • Maintain constructive employee relations and support communication between management, employees, and trade unions. Collective agreement management.
  • Participate in HR budgeting, personnel cost control, and headcount management.
  • Ensure personal administrative support (transportation, industrial catering, cleaning, etc.)
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for local management and Group HR leadership.


Education:

  • Higher education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Law, or a related field; or Degree in Metallurgy.

Professional Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of modern HR management practices, including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development with Romanian specifics.
  • Good understanding of labour legislation and HR administration processes.
  • Experience with HR budgeting, workforce planning, and personnel analytics.
  • Knowledge of talent management and succession planning methodologies.
  • Experience in implementing HR policies, procedures, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • English and Romanian language proficiency (Upper-Intermediate level or higher), Ukrainian/Russian - as an added advantage.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of HR management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or multinational company in Romania.
  • Experience managing a broad HR agenda covering recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and HR administration.
  • Experience leading HR projects and working with senior management teams.
