Your valuable contribution to something big:

• You define, implement, and improve standards and work methods in manufacturing and auxiliary area;
• You ensure the continuous improvement of the workplace and work systems by analyzing and standardizing processes to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance ergonomics;
• Act as a key advisor and mentor, elevating the skills of other departments and fostering a plant culture of continuous improvement;
• Proactively enhance our work environment through expert ergonomic and MTM analyses, improving both well-being and productivity;

Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an engineering role, preferable industrial engineering role;
• Experience in the manufacturing of electronic products;
• Knowledge of standardized work;
• Experience with ergonomics evaluation;
• Proficient in using SAP, MS Office, and Jira;
• Training and mentoring skills.
  

Certifications:

• Lean manufacturing;
• Instructor certification is considered an advantage.
  

Languages:

• English– good level (B1)
