Position Details

• Job Title: Industrial Technician / CNC Operator/programmer
• Number of Positions: 5
• Location: 9300 Sæby
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Expected End Date: 27 November 2026 – possibility for continuation
• Shift: Permanent night shift
  • Sunday night to Friday morning
  • 23:00 – 06:00
• Pay Rate: DKK 210-230 /hour – depends on level of experience
• Covered by the Industry Collective Agreement (DI & CO-industri)

Technical Requirements
We are looking for candidates with experience in CNC machining, preferably within series production environments.
The client primarily operates:

• Okuma and/or Mazak CNC machines
• Mainly using Okuma and Mazak control systems

Production primarily consists of:

• 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining
• Mainly milling operations
• Materials:
  • Cast iron
  • Aluminium bronze
  • Aluminium
• Tolerances down to 0.02 mm
• Component weights ranging from 4 kg to 300 kg

The role involves series production with few or no machine changeovers, making it particularly suitable for candidates who are comfortable working independently during evening and night shifts.
We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold an education as an Industrial Technician or equivalent
• Have practical experience operating and programming CNC machines
• Can work both independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience with:

• Mazak and/or Okuma machines
• Turning and milling operations will be considered a significant advantage.

Please note that this position is not related to press brake operation, laser cutting, or waterjet cutting.
