- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing production test systems.
- Advanced English skills
Technical Competencies required:
- Programming & Communication Protocols: JTAG, UART, CAN, USB
- Test & Measurement Systems: PXI/DAQ, DMM, SMU, Automotive Ethernet, HiPot/GB, CAN/LIN
- Software: LabVIEW/ TestStand, C#, Python (optional)
- Quality Tools: FMEA, R&R/MSA, 8D
- KPIs: FPY (First Pass Yield), Availability, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Cycle Time
