Hello! We’re Oh!Good, a Bulgarian brand that offers plant-based functional foods and nutritional supplements from protein powder shakes to protein bars (and no, you don’t need to be vegan to work with us).

We are looking for an organized and motivated professional to help grow our influencer and content creator network in Romania. This role is a dynamic mix of finding the right partners and brand ambassadors, building long-term relationships, and delivering compelling content. Whether your background is in marketing, sales, recruitment, or partnerships, if you know how to excel at recognizing top talent and building key partnerships, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

Working alongside our creative team and founders, you will manage the whole partnership process to turn people who've never heard of Oh!Good into partners who can't stop talking about it: Finding & Recruiting: Actively search for, contact, and negotiate with top content creators and influencers in Romania who fit the Oh!Good brand. Product Samples: Find out which products your partners want to try and work with our logistics team to organize deliveries. Gathering Real Feedback: Ask the right questions to understand exactly why creators love our products and write down these details clearly. Our best ads are based directly on the genuine feedback of our partners. Team Coordination: Share your findings with our copywriters and videographers so they have the right information to create effective ad concepts. Translation & Execution: Translate the final English instructions into Romanian. Then, you will explain the tasks to the creators, ensure their work matches our brand guidelines, and collect the final videos for our campaigns. Proactive Follow-Up: Communicate closely with creators to make sure they have everything they need to film. When they send their materials, pass them to our creative team for review and approval.

What we are looking for in you

Result-Oriented: You have 1–3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, partnerships, or influencer marketing. We value motivation, organization, and a practical mindset over a traditional marketing resume. Excellent at Follow-ups: You don’t give up after one ignored message. You manage your contacts well and know how to follow up politely and professionally without being aggressive. A Strong Communicator: You easily build trust, negotiate well, and speak both Native Romanian and confident English (B2 level or above).
