Responsabilități cheie

• Planificarea, coordonarea și supervizarea activităților de mentenanță preventivă și predictivă
• Diagnosticarea rapidă și soluționarea eficientă a defecțiunilor (mentenanță corectivă)
• Monitorizarea performanței utilajelor și propunerea de soluții de optimizare
• Gestionarea stocului de piese de schimb critice
• Coordonarea și instruirea echipelor de tehnicieni
• Respectarea standardelor de calitate, mediu și securitate în muncă

Cerințe

• Experiență anterioară de minimum 3 ani pe o poziție similară
• Studii superioare tehnice (Inginerie Mecanică, Electrică, Automatizări)
• Cunoștințe solide de diagnosticare și depanare a sistemelor mecanice, electrice/electronice și hidraulice/pneumatice
• Abilități excelente de organizare și planificare
