We are seeking dedicated and passionate students for a great opportunity in the IT recruitment field. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, specializing in tech talent acquisition. You will learn end-to-end IT recruitment practices and processes by collaborating closely with our expert team.

This practice program requires a part-time weekly commitment (6 hours/day) and a full onsite work model at our Sibiu office.

In this position, you will:

• Learn how to analyze & select the IT candidates resumes;
• Learn how to conduct a screening interview;
• Learn how to do a follow-up message for candidates;
• Learn how to use LinkedIn as a tool in IT recruitment;
• Participating in practical exercises & work in a team (interviews, job descriptions);
• Learn how to write and post job advertising on various media sites;
• Learn about the IT recruitment process step by step;
• Learn how to make a job description;
• Screening resumes and selecting suitables candidates for interview;
• Participate in interviews with our colleagues;
• Learn how to make sourcing messages and practice writing your own templates to engage passive talent;
• Explore and contribute to building a strong employer branding strategy focused on how to market and promote an HR company.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology or related field;
• Strong interest to explore the IT recruitment field;
• Willingness to learn more about the HR - IT recruitment field;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Good experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Team player with a positive attitude;
• Driven and motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and evolve;
• Solution-driven mindset;
• Detail-oriented, flexible.
