Your Main Responsibilities
- Act in accordance with internal operational procedures and rules, as well as hierarchical instructions;
- Manage the operation of the company’s IT system and communication systems, ensuring implementation of solutions and IT systems that meet the Jungheinrich group’s requirements;
- Maintain constant communication with the central IT department for the implementation of new technical solutions and optimization of existing ones;
- Provide necessary support to users during the implementation of new solutions and occasionally as needed;
- Ensure the functionality of the company’s data infrastructure;
- Monitor and maintain the computer network;
- Continuously update the IT equipment database, including owners, installed programs, and licenses within Jungheinrich;
- Install and configure hardware and software systems within the company;
- Offer technical support to PC users in daily operations upon request;
- Implement IT procedures and technologies established at the group level;
- Coordinate the implementation of new processes and continuously seek solutions to improve existing ones;
- Ensure the maintenance of the security and access control system;
- Maintain equipment in optimal working condition;
- Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude toward colleagues, clients, and others;
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information, including personal remuneration and benefits, and treat all similar data related to colleagues with discretion;
- Strictly adhere to service confidentiality and data security regulations;
- Perform other duties as requested by the direct manager or company leadership, within legal boundaries.
Therefore, a Successful Candidate Would Have
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration, hardware, and software;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Server administration and infrastructure monitoring;
- Configuration and operation of WIN10, WIN11, and Windows Server;
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining IT systems and devices;
- Excellent communication skills for providing technical support to users;
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
