skilled IT System Administrator to ensure the efficiency and maintenance
of our factory’s hardware, servers, and network environment. In this role, you
will be the go-to expert for resolving technical challenges and implementing
robust IT solutions.

Main
Responsibilities:

• Systems Management: Ensure
  the efficient installation, configuration, and maintenance of all hardware and
  software systems within the factory.
• Infrastructure Administration: Manage server resources, license renewals, and perform hardware/software
  upgrades.
• Data Protection: Execute
  backup protocols for all major factory systems using Veeam.
• Network Oversight: Manage
  wired and wireless infrastructure, focusing on security, failover capability,
  and redundancy.
• Hardware Lifecycle: Handle
  the acquisition, setup, and deployment of new equipment (laptops, desktops,
  printers) using standard images and software.
• User Support: Assist with
  onboarding new employees and provide high-level support for the internal IT
  Helpdesk.
• Inventory Control: Maintain
  an accurate inventory of all IT equipment, software, and licenses.

Qualifications
& Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system/server or network
  administration.
• Working knowledge of virtualization (e.g., VMWare).
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, systems software, and hardware.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with data protection and disaster recovery protocols.
• Microsoft or network-related certifications are a significant plus.
• English at a minimum intermediate level.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the team.
