We are looking for a volunteer who is proactive, open-minded, and genuinely interested in working with students from different backgrounds. You should be comfortable supporting basic IT and computer lessons and willing to adapt your teaching style to fit the needs of the classroom. It is important to come prepared, be responsible with your schedule, and actively participate in school activities. Good communication skills and a positive attitude will help you connect with both students and staff. You are also expected to be flexible, respectful of the local culture, and ready to learn as much as you teach.
You will be responsible for planning lessons, organizing, come up with strategic ways of presenting to the class. You will need to know how to plan course materials and activities, tests and give students practical tasks outside of class (tests, exams, homework etc).

- Organize classroom lectures and coursework
- Prepare materials and activities
- Assign homework and interesting exercises
- ldentify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Determine exam and assignment grades
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
- Keep a record of students' attendance and grades
- Research new language teaching methods
- Manage clas,sroom crises and resolve conflict
- lnform parents about their children's performance
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
