Responsibilities
- Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment
- Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
- Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
- Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
- Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
- Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
- Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
- Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
- Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
- ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
- Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
- Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
- Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
