Robert Half is seeking an experienced Georgia Trusts & Estates / Probate Attorney to support the development of Practical Guidance, an online legal research and drafting resource for practicing attorneys. This contract role involves drafting, editing, and annotating practical guidance content and forms related to Georgia trust and estate law

Pay Rate: $40-42/hour

Location: Home-based (Georgia)

Duration: 3 months

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 5–15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and annotate pleadings and other documents related to Georgia probate administration
• Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles focusing on Trusts & Estates topics
• Create checklists, charts, and other step-by-step “how-to” guidance for practitioners
• Revise and enhance existing documents with Georgia-specific legal guidance based on state law, local practice, and professional experience
• Draft new content as needed to support Practical Guidance offerings

This role is ideal for an experienced Trusts & Estates attorney seeking flexible, part-time work while contributing practical, practice-ready content to a leading legal research platform.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Member, in good standing, of the Georgia State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing Trusts & Estates law in Georgia
• Substantive experience drafting estate planning documents (e.g., wills, trusts, powers of attorney)
• Hands-on experience preparing pleadings and related documents for probate proceedings
• Strong legal writing, editing, and research skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, including use of track changes, and comfortable with online legal research
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
