Role: ANZ Mobility Growth Marketing Associate

Shift times: Monday to Friday; 9am - 5pm

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

Uniform: Casual

Pay rate: $46.83/hr + super

About the Role:

As a Growth Marketing Assistant, you’ll support Uber’s Mobility business by driving strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and products across Australia and New Zealand. You work closely with business stakeholders (Ops, Marketing, Comms, CRM, Legal and CommOps) as well as external stakeholders (industry orgs, government & marketing agency) to bring our products and brand to life in-market. You’ll be empowered and responsible to assist and deliver go-to-market campaigns from strategy and brief through to execution and measurement ensuring everything is delivered as expected, on time and on budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Working alongside the Mobility Ops team, you'll collaborate with the internal stakeholders and external agencies teams to deliver strategic and creative marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers.
  • Partnership Marketing: Cultivate strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to unlock co-marketing opportunities and expand Uber’s reach.
  • Go-to-Market: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new products, and features, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Comms, CRM, Legal and CommOps) and external partners or agencies to align on priorities and ensure campaigns deliver business impact.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple work streams, work under pressure to deadlines, manage budgets, and communicate clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Performance Evaluation & Insights: Track and analyse campaign performance, extracting insights to optimise future efforts and drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with proven success managing medium to large scale brand campaigns.
  • Partnership & Co-Marketing Skills: Experience developing and managing partnerships that drive mutual growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to diagnose market insights and make strategic trade-offs to recommend effective marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Results-driven mindset, with a focus on tying marketing activities to business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Strong relationship management skills, capable of fostering a culture of collaboration and clear communication.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver localised, meaningful brand experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to bring the Uber brand to life in ways that resonate with the target audience.
