• Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries.
• Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Review and maintain invoices and supporting documentation in the electronic accounting system.
• Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, reports, and statistical analyses.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, as required.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Economics/Business;
• +1 year of experience in Accounting and Finance;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong Computer Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a demanding and exciting environment;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• High degree of perseverance, focus and commitment;
• Excellent analytical skills and great attention to details.
