Responsibilities:

• Receiving, verifying, and recording purchase invoices for goods on a daily basis in the management system.
• Verifying and matching received invoices with purchase orders and goods delivery notes.
• Monitoring and resolving value discrepancies (price/quantity) identified following the reconciliation of invoices with goods receipt documents.
• Continuously monitoring unreconciled differences and reporting them to the responsible departments as well as to suppliers for resolution.
• Ongoing collaboration with internal departments: Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Controlling, and Audit.
• Participating in the month-end closing process.
• Participating in audit activities by providing the requested information.
• Preparing various reports according to requests received from different departments and the direct manager.

Requirements:

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in Accounting; experience in a similar position is considered an advantage.
• Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
• Good communication skills.
• English – conversational level is considered an advantage.
• Proactive, results-oriented.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
