Salary: 4 000 - 4 500 RON net/month

The Production Data Analysis and Industrial Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data related to the company’s production processes. The role oversees the information flows between production, the ERP system, and accounting, supporting industrial cost analysis, production performance monitoring, and the document management of production processes.

Main Responsibilities

1. Control and Verification of Production Data

• Verify daily production reports and raw material consumption.

• Check and correct reports related to hours assigned to departments and machines compared with actual hours worked.

• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of production data recorded in the ERP system.

• Support personnel involved in recording production data.

• Verify and coordinate records within the company ERP system.

• Ensure consistency between production data recorded in the ERP system and those used by accounting.

• Monitor the proper functioning of document flows between the ERP system and accounting.

• Support the creation and updating of production flows related to new products or process changes.

2. Productivity and Industrial Cost Analysis

• Calculate productivity indicators and performance levels of production activities.

• Carry out analyses aimed at determining production costs.

• Analyze primary production data and prepare information and reports to support the administrative and accounting department.

• Prepare reports related to worked hours and material consumption to verify the economic efficiency of production processes.

3. Support to Production Departments and Process Monitoring

• Support department managers in managing documentation related to production.

• Analyze operational situations related to the management of production data and propose improvement solutions.

• Collaborate with departments to ensure correct recording and traceability of production information.

• Analyze risk factors related to the management of production data.

• Create and update flowcharts related to production processes and company information flows.

• Ensure correct alignment between production codes and recording systems.

4. Inventory Management and Accounting Checks

• Verify and correct data related to inventories and potential inventory discrepancies.

• Prepare inventory documentation required by accounting.

• Prepare and organize production documentation required for internal checks or audits.
