Job description:

• Design, develop, maintain and optimise interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualise financial and operational data in collaboration with local stakeholders
• Testing of Power BI data
• Creation of new DAX measures
• Regular execution of internal control system reports
• Administration of Power BI user rights and licenses
• Provide training and support to end users
• Collect the necessary data from different internal data sources
• Define the relevant KPIs to provide insights into business performance and operational efficiency
• Prepare ad hoc and/or daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in data analysis and reporting

Key qualifications:

• Very good English communication skills, verbal and written; German is a plus
• Advance knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, formulas)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position: reporting / data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in informatics, mathematics, statistics, economics/business administration or other related field
• Background in utilizing Business Intelligence tools to interpret and analyze complex datasets (Power BI is an advantage)
• Understanding of KPI
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
