- Ensuring a proper recruitment and selection process for open positions;
- Select the best candidates based on CVs;
- Contact the selected candidates in order to schedule the interviews;
- Conduct phone interviews with the selected candidates;
- Assessing the fitness of the candidate;
- Informing the candidates about the result of the selection process;
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database;
- Active participation in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Participate in other HR activities related to the HR department.
- A motivated person who wants to start a career in HR;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook);
- Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading, writing);
- Good communication, persuasion and presentation skills;
- The ability to have meaningful conversations with candidates;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good team work and cooperation;
- Organizational skills,analytical and critical thinker.
