We are looking for a results-oriented professional for the role of Key Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of B2B clients in the animal protein / feed ingredients industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B clients;
• Maintain long-term commercial relationships with key accounts;
• Identify client needs and propose tailored commercial solutions.
• Identify and contract new customers within production capacity limits;
• Expand the client base across international markets;
• Develop strategic commercial partnerships.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery conditions;
• Manage quarterly/period-based commercial contracts;
• Apply Incoterms (EXW, DAP, etc.);
• Ensure accuracy of commercial documentation.

Qualifications

• University degree (completed);
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales;
• Experience in agribusiness, feed, trading, or animal protein industry is a strong advantage;
• Advanced English level (mandatory);
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• High level of autonomy and accountability;
• Driving license category B – minimum 5 years of experience.
