Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop commercial relationships with the assigned client portfolio;
• Coordinate commercial processes, from quotations and negotiations to the implementation of new business projects;
• Monitor forecasts, orders, deliveries, and key performance indicators related to assigned accounts;
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth project execution;
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement within commercial processes;
• Prepare commercial reports and follow up on agreed action plans.
