YOUR TASKS

• Analyze product and system requirements, ensure alignment with customer expectations and functional specifications.
• Define, develop, and maintain Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&R), including detailed test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Create system test specifications and execute both manual and automated test procedures in laboratory environments.
• Plan, coordinate, and track validation activities, including effort estimation and resource planning.
• Develop, configure, and optimize test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation in compliance with DVP&R requirements.
• Perform functional, environmental, and system‑level tests.
• Collect, evaluate, and interpret test data; prepare comprehensive test reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, document, and escalate issues discovered during testing, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure proper calibration and availability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the test environment.
• Keep accurate records of tested units, test progress, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Electronics or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including environmental, electrical, mechanical, and vibration testing.
• Hands‑on experience with measurement and diagnostic laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as CANoe, DOORS (Classic or Next Generation), PTC, ALM, CAPL, VT-System is considered an advantage.
• Experience in automotive electronics testing or environmental laboratory testing would be an advantage.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving oriented.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player with good communication skills.
