We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Associate

At TBH Circle, we’re looking for In-Office Role Learning & Development. Associate with 0–1 year of experience who have fire in their belly, a learner’s mindset, and a dream to grow.

We’re a fast-paced L&D startup on a mission to redefine learning impact through simulations, psychology, and human behavior.

• Required Immediate Joiners, Masters in I/ O Psychology would be preferred
• Willing to travel to Faridabad Office (2mins walk from Neelam Metro Station)

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing training sessions
• Learn and gradually deliver training programs independently
• Travel across locations to conduct sessions (as you grow into the role)
• Create and support training content (presentations, materials, Games etc.)
• Engage with diverse teams and enhance learning experiences
• Build strong client relationships, understand needs, and provide consultative learning solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, confident personality
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Canva, MS Word, Excel, etc.
• A genuine interest in training, facilitation, and people development
• Willingness to travel and take ownership
• Masters in I/ O Psychology would be preferred

Compensation & Growth

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, CTC : 3 - 3.5 LPA (based on profile)
• Performance Incentive over and above
