This is a hands-on, performance-driven role designed for individuals who want to learn sales, master leadership skills, and grow into management.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nationally recognized brands at retail events, pop-ups, and live campaigns
• Drive customer acquisition through direct, face-to-face engagement
• Learn and apply proven sales strategies, communication techniques, and closing skills
• Track individual and team performance metrics to exceed targets
• Assist in coaching and motivating newer team members as you grow
• Work directly with leadership to develop management and team-building skills
