This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified legal professional at an early stage of their career to work in an international business environment and contribute to the continued development of Rheinmetall’s operations in Romania.Advise the management and employees of Rheinmetall’s Romanian organisation on a broad range of day-to-day legal mattersDraft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documentsProvide legal support on corporate matters, including corporate governance, internal approvals and company-law requirementsAdvise on regulatory matters relevant to the company’s operations, monitor legal and regulatory developments and coordinate with public authorities where requiredIdentify legal risks and develop practical, business-oriented solutionsCoordinate with Rheinmetall’s legal teams in other jurisdictions as well as with external legal advisers where requiredDeliver legal training and guidance to internal stakeholdersWhat Qualifications You Should HaveBachelor of Laws/Legal Studies degree in Romanian lawSome initial, relevant experience in commercial, corporate, or business lawVery good command of Romanian and English, both written and spokenStrong legal research, drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate legal concepts into clear, practical business guidanceHigh level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, being a proactive teamplayerAbility to work independently on routine matters and escalate complex issues appropriatelyExperience in a multinational or matrix organization is an assetLocation: On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County.
