Your Tasks

• Coordinates materials and production planning activities in alignment with the operational plan.
• Ensures continuous alignment between material availability, production capacity, and delivery schedules.
• Monitors inventory levels and optimize logistics flows to keep them within established limits while maintaining uninterrupted production.
• Prepares and updates logistics plans based on demand evolution and internal capacity.
• Leads production capacity planning activities in correlation with materials planning and production scheduling.
• Sets and updates system parameters for new projects and existing products.
• Identifies risks that may cause disruptions in the logistics flow and proposes preventive and corrective actions.
• Implements solutions to recover from potential delays or operational non‑conformities.
• Continuously develops team competencies to ensure adherence to departmental procedures and work instructions.
• Prepares logistics reports requested by the manager and provides timely updates on issues requiring heightened attention.

Your profile:

• University degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the filed or in a similar role;
• Proficiency in English;
• SAP operating knowledge;
• Strong understanding of production processes from a logistics perspective (production planning, material flow).
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, along with strong time and resource management abilities.
