Cerinte

Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and logistics;
Experience using ERP systems;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Good command of English;

Responsabilitati

Updating daily the planning and scheduling of chassis and vehicles across production, modification, and delivery sites;
Monitoring daily the physical movement of vehicles in coordination with internal teams and external partners involved in vehicle modification and shipment processes;
Organizing transportation to support the flow of chassis and vehicles between production facilities, modification sites, and final delivery points;
Planning and overseeing stock levels for key accessories, including user manuals, specialized wheels, equipment kits, and GPS units;
Managing spare parts inventory at both production and modification locations;
Providing daily updates on parts required to support vehicle repairs and readiness prior to inspection and delivery;
Maintaining daily communication with logistics teams to verify parts availability and coordinate shipping via courier and standard freight options;
Tracking documentation and ensuring daily updates across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, SharePoint, consolidation files) related to invoices, delivery notes, acceptance reports, certificates of conformity, and other project documentation;
Managing local suppliers for direct and indirect materials required for vehicle preparation and delivery;
Recording fully assembled trucks returned from third-party partners into internal systems for tracking and final processing;
Coordinating transport and delivery of completed vehicles with logistics partners and entering related transport orders into dedicated tracking systems;
Matching each completed equipment package to its corresponding vehicle in the ERP system, in collaboration with administrative teams responsible for invoice handling.
