QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance automation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, including PLC programming
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for all of the mechanic and electric equipment and components breakdowns in the plant
• Following the directions for eliminating the breakdowns
• Inform the top supervisors in case of breakdowns
• Measure and benchmark the measurement counters
• Follow the maintenance indicators and targets with team
• Coordinate the continuous improvement activities with team
• Maintenance curative, preventive and predictive equipment as planned
• Analyze and monitor all data on equipment operation
• Analysis of the causes of defects, their diagnosis, determining the type and how to remove failures and deficiencies
• Assist in the installation
• Control / monitoring / evaluation spare parts
• Provide to make the maintenance activities low cost, high quality and on time;
• Energy saving activities
• Spare part usage and consumption and recording to the system
