Objectives:
Will provide maintenance and hydraulic engineering services and support.
Oversee and support the maintenance,electric, and hydraulic work teams
Prepare work schedules for plantmaintenance teams.
Main responsibilities Maintenance Engineer:
Ensures that the facilities equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly.
Oversees the facility maintenance program; identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions.
Completing emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down.
Conducting frequent quality checks on equipment to ensure no maintenance is required.
Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out.
Ensuring the organization complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes place.
Standardization of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and automation components of lines from different manufacturers.
Management of spare parts, requests for offers, stock control, tracking of orders and delivery terms.
Provides technical training to Production team members.
Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
Development of equipment monitoring systems within predictive maintenance, from concept to implementation and their follow-up.
Mechanical design of components / subassemblies for constructive improvement.
