Management Accountant
TeraSteel S.A is looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant at our headquarter in Sărățel, Bistrița-Năsăud county.
The selected professional will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial performance through accurate management reporting and robust financial analysis.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Management Accountant or a similar role
• Proficiency in creating budgets, forecasting performance, and monitoring actual results against projected figures.
• Understanding of the organization's industry, market and the series of interconnected tasks and activities that the organization performs to achieve its goals and objectives.
• Highly organized, attention to detail, analytical and problem solving oriented
• Multitasking, working in a fast-paced environment,
• MS Office Excel, advanced level,
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• English level B2
  

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,
• Manage budgets and forecasts to support strategic financial planning
• Monitor trends and deviations of the P&L and working capital KPIs
• Provide support during month‑end closing and preparation of reporting packages
• Provide support during internal and external financial audit processes
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks within the Finance function.
